Ray arrived exactly at the time arranged and swiftly diagnosed what was causing one of the circuit breakers to continuously trip. He took the time to explain the process and got the electricity working so we could use the boiler which was on the circuit. We arranged another visit to replace the faulty sockets and again he arrived exactly at the time arranged. He was very respectful of the property and took his shoes off to go upstairs. This is the first time I have used his services but will definitely use him again and would highly recommend.

Excellent job , Ray couldn’t off been more helpful. Responded really quickly even though initially it seemed a small job. Fitted a new fuse board for me and am very pleased with the result. Very personable and conscientious. Would very highly recommend Ray (Knight Installation)

I have used Ray for a couple of small jobs a few years ago. He was very competent, honest, pleasant and professional.
One problem turned out to be very straightforward and what I liked was what Ray was very upfront about this, and didn’t try to make it out to be something more complex or involved than what it actually was. I thoroughly appreciated this. I would have no hesitation using him again, or recommending him.
